PAG-IBIG HOUSING LOAN
REQUIREMENTS LOCALLY EMPLOYED:
1. (1) Photocopy of Birth Certificate,(if Single)
(1) Photocopy of Marriage Contract,(if Married)
2. (1) Photocopy of Residence Certificate (Sedula) current year
3. 1x1 PICTURE 4pcs. white background scanned picture are not acceptable
4. (3) Photocopy colored copies of company ID plus (3) Photocopy colored copies of any ( 2) Valid ID's
such as: SSS ID, Postal ID, Passport ID, Company ID, Voter's ID, TIN ID, PRC ID, Driver's ID,          GSIS ID, Senior citizen ID.
5. (3) Photocopy of Spouse (2) Valid ID's with latest signature.
such as: SSS ID, Postal ID, Passport ID, Company ID, Voter's ID, TIN ID, PRC ID, Driver's ID,            GSIS ID, Senior citizen ID.
6. Original copy of LATEST Payslip 1month with PAG-IBIG contribution
7. Original copy of LATEST Certificate of Employment & compensation (use company letterhead)
signed by company authorized representative & NOTARIZED
8. (1) Photocopy of Withholding Tax Certificate / Income Tax Return (ITR)
9. LATEST Proof of billing (POB) such as Meralco or water bill, credit card statement.
*if the bill is not in the name of the principal buyer ask for certification from the owner of the bill
plus Valid ID of the owner of the bill.
*or secure a Barangay clearance (issuance date not later than 3months)
10. MSVS- Membership Status Verification Slip
11. Original copy of ESAV 0r 24 months PAG-IBIG contribution
